本文根据对辽河下游水质调查结果和对河蟹不同发育期的有关试验对河蟹蚤Ⅰ和大眼幼体进行了多因子毒物的急性毒性试验,得出Lc50值,结果表明多因子综合效应大于单因子效应;大眼幻体对毒物耐受力比蚤Ⅰ强。 大眼幼体回避试验结果表明:毒物效应依次为单因子<双因子<三因子:大眼幼体比幼蟹对毒物反应敏感。
Based on the investigation of the water quality in the lower reaches of Liaohe River and the related tests on different developmental stages of crabs and crabs, the acute toxicity of multifactorial toxicants was investigated and the Lc50 values were obtained.
