建立了铁道车辆1∶8比例的半车横向主动悬挂试验模型,开发了铁道车辆主动悬挂模型试验控制系统,应用LQR控制方法进行了主动悬挂与被动悬挂的试验对比研究,并与仿真计算结果进行了比较。结果表明,主动悬挂方式能有效衰减振动,尤其是共振点处的振动。
The semi-vehicle lateral active suspension test model with a ratio of 1: 8 for railway vehicles was established and a test control system for the active suspension model of railway vehicles was developed. The experimental comparison between active suspension and passive suspension was carried out by using the LQR control method and compared with the simulation results A The results show that the active suspension mode can effectively attenuate the vibration, especially the vibration at the resonance point.
