目的观察汉族与维吾尔族肾透明细胞癌患者之间血清氨基酸的变化,筛选差异氨基酸,并利用ROC曲线探讨差异氨基酸在两族肾透明细胞癌诊断中的临床价值。方法运用高效液相色谱法检测新疆地区96例肾透明细胞癌患者(汉族48例、维吾尔族48例)与96例健康人(汉族48例、维吾尔族48例)血清中的17种氨基酸含量,通过组间均值比较出两民族肾癌患者间的差异氨基酸,并运用ROC曲线评价差异氨基酸的诊断价值。结果汉、维两族肾透明细胞癌患者除谷氨酸外,其余氨基酸含量均降低,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两族肾透明细胞癌患者之间存在差异的氨基酸为天冬氨酸、甘氨酸及络氨酸。三种差异氨基酸对应的汉族ROC曲线下面积为0.536、0.812及0.814,对应的维族ROC曲线下面积为0.676、0.804及0.876。结论新疆地区汉族与维族肾透明细胞癌患者之间有差异的血清氨基酸为天冬氨酸、甘氨酸及络氨酸。其中两民族均以络氨酸的AUC~(ROC)最大,诊断价值最高。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum amino acids between Han and Uighur renal clear cell carcinoma patients and to screen for the differences of amino acids and to explore the clinical value of different amino acids in the diagnosis of two renal clear cell carcinomas by ROC curves. Methods Serum 17 amino acids in 96 cases of renal clear cell carcinoma (48 Han cases, 48 Uygur cases) and 96 healthy controls (48 Han cases and 48 Uygur cases) were detected by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) The differences between two groups of patients with renal cancer were compared by means of the mean between groups, and the diagnostic value of different amino acids was evaluated by ROC curve. Results Han and Wei two groups of patients with clear cell renal cell carcinoma in addition to glutamate, the other amino acid content decreased, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The two groups of patients with clear cell renal clear differences in amino acids aspartic acid, glycine and tyrosine. The areas under the ROC curves of Han Chinese with three different amino acids were 0.536, 0.812 and 0.814, respectively. The corresponding areas under the ROC curve were 0.676, 0.804 and 0.876. Conclusions There are differences in the serum amino acids between Han and Uighur renal clear cell carcinoma patients in Xinjiang aspartic acid, glycine and tyrosine. The AUC ~ (ROC) of the two ethnic groups are all the largest, the highest diagnostic value.
