湖北省枣阳市一农民在为人旋耕土地时,不幸翻车把自己压死。围绕死者与农户间是雇工关系还是加工承揽法律关系,当事人及双方律师产生重大分歧意见,这起在农村生活中具有一定的典型性和代表性的赔偿官司,也从枣阳打到襄樊。2010年3月26日,这起案件终于尘埃落定。
