住院号260,李×,女,15岁,山东平色县人,困 唇裂于88年1月18日入我科治疗。家族中有5个兄 姐因面裂畸形在出生后不久死亡。父母身体健康, 非近亲婚配,双方上三代直旁系中无类似畸形。李 母在1967年23岁时产部一胎,为健康女婴。李母在 妊娠后期因经常晕倒伴四肢抽搐,乡医按癫痫为其 治疗。李母在持续服苯妥英钠的同时,孕7产7, 6胎有面裂畸形,前5胎因不能哺乳生后死亡。患者 生于1973年,为单纯唇裂,可哺母乳,李母产后自 行停药。癫痫未再发作。1976年产第八胎,无畸 形,李母在1967～1976十年内共产8胎,详见附
