用小四轮拖拉机(4.4千瓦)配套70型双链条旋耕机进行旋耕作业,为安徽北部扩大稻麦两产的稻板田(因土壤板结整地困难),起到很好的作用,有利于大面积的小麦机播。根据各地使用情况来看,该机旋耕过的土地,土壤松软、细碎平整、保墒性能好,其性能指标都符合有关标准要求,深受农民欢迎。但也有缺陷。在使用过程中,遇上大旱天气,出现土壤板结、土壤比阻过大时,变速箱体就会开裂、连接螺栓被拉断以及链条击坏链条盒。造成此故障的原因主要是可靠性差。旋耕机耕地时必然会遇到大旱大涝的天气变化情况。因此,就更需要它具备较强的适应性。如:变速箱和链条盒
