随着我国经济文化的不断发展以及教育改革进程的不断推进,现如今,教育界对于各个层次的教育工作都开始进行了不断的反思与改革,传统的高中数学教学模式十分的枯燥呆板,教师作为课堂的主体,仅仅只是采用一刀切的模式,对所有学生都按照同一个教学模板进行讲授,这样导致有些学生学会了,而有些学生却完全没有理解教师所讲授的知识点,学生之间的成绩就在这个过程中被逐渐的拉大。所以,在高中数学教学中,教师应当按照学生的实际情况对学生进行分层教学,这样才能有效的按照不同学生的接受程度进行最有效率的教学活动,本文就数学教学的分层教学进行简要的介绍,并根据实际情况,制定一个高中数学分层教学的计划,旨在为高中数学教学的创新和改革,贡献出一份微薄的力量。
