一、用挤压法使卡尺测量面产生修磨余量卡尺在使用中的磨损,使测量面失去了应有的平面性与平行性。在修理工作中必须保证测量面有“修磨余量”。使卡尺产生修磨余量,特别是对“死游标”及具有刀口形的内量爪测量面产生修磨余量,是卡尺修理中的关键问题。用挤压法使测量面产生修磨余量,不仅速度快,省工时,而且可以在一个位置上多次使测量面产生修磨余量。特别是在游框内采用单向挤压,完全看不到压痕,不影响卡尺外观。
