OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of different doses of tablets on the accuracy and quality stability of children’s medication and analyze them accordingly. Methods: Randomly selected from February 2016 to May 2016 in our hospital children with higher frequency of use of promethazine hydrochloride tablets, captopril tablets and aminophylline tablets as the study object, its use (A, B And C) 3 different sub-measurement methods to evaluate the accuracy and quality of medication stability. Results: The qualified rates of the three kinds of pills were 36.67% ~ 93.33%, 33.33% ~ 93.33% and 23.33 ~ 83.33% respectively with the three doses, , The milling method of the dose pass rate is significantly different from the other two methods. The three tablets with ABC method after sub-dose, the half-piece and the whole piece of the active ingredient content are in line with the provisions, but the dissolution curve is quite different. Conclusion: The dose accuracy of sub-dose of children tablets decreases with the number of sub-doses, and the dissolution curve of tablets is quite different. Among them, the milling method is the most, and the clinical application should be avoided as much as possible.
