Klingelnberg 摆线锥齿轮轮齿几何分析是研究其啮合理论及应用技术的重要基础·基于工件及刀具的相对运动关系,按照齿轮啮合原理,采用回转矢量的方法,推导了工作齿面方程,根据等距共轭曲面原理,推导了齿根过渡曲面方程;并进行了计算机仿真验证,绘出了相应齿面,完成轮齿几何分析·
Klingelnberg Geometry analysis of the helical bevel gear is an important basis for the study of its meshing theory and application technology. Based on the relative motion of the workpiece and the tool, according to the principle of gear meshing, using rotary vector method, the work tooth surface equation is deduced. Based on the principle of conjugate surface, the equations of tooth surface transition surface were deduced. Computer simulation was performed to draw the corresponding tooth surface to complete the geometric analysis of gear tooth.
