目的 :探讨氢氧化钙糊剂在牙病儿童根管治疗中的应用效果。方法 :对2015年1月至2015年12月期间在乌鲁木齐市口腔医院儿童牙科进行根管治疗的81例牙病患儿的临床资料进行回顾性研究。随机将这81例患儿分为氢氧化钙组和樟脑酚组。氢氧化钙组中有41例患儿,樟脑酚组中有40例患儿。对两组患儿均进行根管治疗。术中,对氢氧化钙组患儿使用氢氧化钙糊剂进行根管填充,对樟脑酚组患儿使用樟脑酚进行根管填充,然后比较两组患儿术后患牙的疼痛情况、治疗的总有效率及发生不良反应的情况。结果 :1)氢氧化钙组患儿术后患牙中-重度疼痛的发生率低于樟脑酚组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2)氢氧化钙组患儿治疗的总有效率为92.68%,樟脑酚组患儿治疗的总有效率为77.5%,二者相比差异有统计学意义差(P<0.05)。3)用药后,两组患儿均未发生不良反应。结论 :临床上在对牙病患儿进行根管治疗时,用氢氧化钙糊剂对其进行根管填充的效果显著,能有效地提高其临床疗效,减轻其术后的疼痛,且用药的安全性较高。
Objective: To investigate the effect of calcium hydroxide paste in the treatment of children with dental root canal. Methods: A retrospective study was conducted on the clinical data of 81 dental caries patients who underwent root canal therapy in children’s dentistry at Urumqi Stomatological Hospital from January 2015 to December 2015. The 81 children were randomly divided into calcium hydroxide group and camphor phenol group. There were 41 children in the calcium hydroxide group and 40 children in the camphor group. Root canal treatment was performed on both groups. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). 3) After treatment, no adverse reactions occurred in both groups of children. Conclusion: In the clinical treatment of children with dental root canal during root canal treatment, calcium hydroxide paste root canal filling effect is significant, which can effectively improve their clinical efficacy and reduce postoperative pain, and medication High security.
