1983年4月上旬,贵阳市中曹烂泥片区发生一起鼠伤寒杆菌引起的食物中毒,原因是该地97人分食一死猪肉。发生中毒者45人、罹患率为46.39％,均呈典型的胃肠型沙门氏菌食物中毒症状。对中毒者分别给予口服四环素、氯霉素及输液治疗,均获痊愈。调查证实,引起此次中毒事件的死猪是因鼠伤寒杆菌
In early April 1983, a food poisoning caused by Salmonella typhimurium occurred in the area of caoliu muddy area in Guiyang City. The reason is that 97 people in the area were fed with dead pork. 45 cases of poisoning, the attack rate was 46.39%, were typical symptoms of gastrointestinal Salmonella food poisoning. Toxins were given oral tetracycline, chloramphenicol and infusion therapy, were cured. The investigation confirmed that the dead pig that caused the poisoning incident was due to Salmonella typhimurium
