与扩血管药物治疗对照观察治疗方法及临床资料。郑州市五院114例脑血栓形成病人,用低分子右旋糖酐(下称低右,平均分子量为4万)500毫升静脉滴入,每日一次,7～10天为一疗程,用药1～3疗程不等进行治疗.对照组53例用扩血管药物口服(兼用头针)治疗作为对照。所有病例经临床确诊。主要神经系统症状和体征为偏瘫、失语、或构音不清及轻度意识障
