联邦德国德律风根(TELEFUNKEN)公司新近推出的FM/AM接收多功能集成电路TDA1220A,具有灵敏度高、噪声小、工作电源电压范围宽(2.8～16伏)、功耗电流小、外围元件少诸优点。在国内外便携式FM/AM立体声收音机、双声道立体声FM/AM收录两用机及无线电通讯接收装置中被广泛采用。它的调幅部分,能完成AM射频放大、本机振荡、混频、中频放大、检波直至音频前置放大的全部功能。它的调频部分,能完成FM中频限幅放大、鉴频、音频前置放大等多种功能。同时还设置有别致的FM/AM自动切换电路。
