5. Some provisions of the current plan pre-repair system, to some extent, have not been verified by the use of process equipment. The first point here refers to the determination of the amount of repair work and the length of the repair interval. For example, according to the plan pre-repair system, the amount of unit labor that is repaired is determined according to the type of repair. The actual proof is that the amount of repair work depends on the suitability and complexity of the equipment: as the level of repair complexity increases and the degree of fit decreases, the amount of repair work increases. The planned pre-repair system does not give full consideration to the following two most important factors: the strength of the equipment work specification and the requirements on the accuracy performance of the equipment. According to the author’s opinion, the length of the repair interval period is not determined by the production method of the equipment, but depends first on the strength of the work (cutting) specification. A very common situation is when the same type of equipment is used in single piece production, its cutting specification is higher than in mass production, or the situation is reversed. However, according to the planned pre-repair system, the duration of the repair interval in the first case is longer than the second case. At the same time, the plan pre-repair system proposes that the length of the repair interval period be corrected for all kinds of equipment by considering the coefficient of the production method. However, for example, for the machine tool used in the finishing process, the repair interval
