随着家园合作问题越来越受到全社会的重视,新的《幼儿园工作规程》也已经出台,工作规程中强调幼儿园应当主动与幼儿家庭沟通合作,为家长提供科学育儿宣传指导,帮助家长创设良好的家庭教育环境,共同担负教育幼儿的任务。落实好这一要求之前,我们可以先了解相关理论基础,贴切的理论可以帮助我们更深刻地理解相关实践问题。本人通过阅读相关文献,结合在幼儿园的实习经历,分析了社会生态系统理论,卢梭的教育理念和福禄贝尔的相关教育理论,用这些教育理念指导家园合作的落实,让幼儿园在家园合作方面科学地实施,也让家园合作的落实有科学的理论基础做支撑。
