由西南财经大学卿涛教授与郭志刚博士合著、西南财经大学出版社2006年3月出版的《多重视角下企业薪酬制度的解析与构建》一书是近年来我国不多见的从多重视角对企业薪酬制度进行全面诠释的学术专著。该书具有开阔的研究视野,从经济学、心理学和社会学的角度对薪酬制度进行了深入系统地分析,在多视角的认知和评价下形成了关于薪酬制度的综合解释模型,探讨了薪酬制度中所体现的关系契约和社会交换的特征,推进了对企业薪酬制度的全面理解。
