本文研究循环流化中膜式壁的传热规律.采用电加热膜式壁传热测量元件试验研究了固体颗粒悬浮密度,膜式壁传热测板长度和空截面流化气速对传热系数的影响.对颗粒团壁面更新传热模型中的重要参数颗粒团壁面覆盖率进行探讨,提出适宜于循环流化床密相区和稀相区中的K、Y值.
This paper studies the heat transfer law of membrane wall in circulating fluidization. The effects of the suspended solids density, the length of the film wall heat transfer plate and the velocity of air flow on the heat transfer coefficient were experimentally studied by using electric heating membrane wall heat transfer measuring element. In this paper, we discuss the particle wall coverage which is an important parameter in the renewal heat transfer model of particle swarm, and put forward the suitable K and Y values in the dense and dilute phase of the circulating fluidized bed.
