平顶山煤业（集团）有限责任公司由原平顶山矿务局改制而成，是新中国成立后开发建设的第一个特大型煤炭工业基地。煤炭储量80多亿吨，现有问座生产矿，3座炼焦煤选煤厂，年产原煤20OO万吨，冶炼精煤350万吨。所产煤炭直接供应中南、华东地区11省、市1600多家大中型企业，部分 Pingdingshan Coal Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. was restructured from the former Pingdingshan Mining Bureau and was the first extra large coal industrial base developed and constructed after the founding of New China. The coal reserves are more than 8 billion tons. The existing production bases and 3 coking coal preparation plants have an annual output of 200,000 tons of raw coal and 3.5 million tons of refined coal. The coal produced is directly supplied to more than 1600 large and medium-sized enterprises in 11 provinces and cities in Central and South China and East China.
