目的:观察心肌梗死患者血小板功能状态并探讨其临床意义。方法:采用流式细胞技术测定46例急性心肌梗死患者血小板膜糖蛋白CD62。P、CD61(Ⅲa)及血小板聚集率,并与41例陈旧性心肌梗死患者进行对照。结果:急性心肌梗死患者CD62 P、CD61及血小板聚集率均显著增加(P<0.01,P<0.01,P〈0.01)。结论:心肌梗死急性期患者血小板呈相对激活状态,易使血小板的粘附、聚集及血栓形成。
Objective: To observe the functional status of platelet in patients with myocardial infarction and to explore its clinical significance. Methods: Flow cytometry was used to determine the platelet membrane glycoprotein CD62 in 46 patients with acute myocardial infarction. P, CD61 (IIIa) and platelet aggregation rate were compared with 41 elderly patients with myocardial infarction. Results: The levels of CD62P, CD61 and platelet aggregation in patients with acute myocardial infarction were significantly increased (P <0.01, P <0.01, P <0.01). Conclusion: Platelet in patients with acute myocardial infarction is relatively activated state, easy to platelet adhesion, aggregation and thrombosis.
