当前,在主体结构的抗震方面已引起应有的重视,但对非结构部件,在强烈地震袭击下,往往遭到广泛的破坏,造成严重损失却注意不够。因此如何防止非结构部件在地震中的破坏,是一项需要研究解决的问题。抗震结构中的非结构性部件是指如填充墙、外墙板、内隔墙、建筑装修、电气和设备等。对这些部件设计的总要求是,在主体结构未破坏之前不得破坏或不允许发生短时间内不能修复的破坏。非结构性部件的抗震措施在构造上是一项复杂而细致的工作,不少问题在世界范围内尚未得到很好解决。这些问题的解决不能仅靠设计计算,还要靠实践经验,要靠正确
