本文指出铝的MIG焊接亚射流电弧的“固有自调节作用”产生的机理,是弧长变化引起了阳极电压和熔滴过渡形式改变的结果。而固有自调节作用的灵敏度在熔化特性曲线的各区段有不同的强度,其最强点在亚射流过渡区熔化特性曲线出现熔滴短路过渡的拐点上,该点所对应的弧长就是采用“等速送丝—恒流电源”调节系统焊接时应选择的最佳弧长。论文指出新型MIG焊接电源必须具有恒流带外拐的外特性,其焊接电流和送丝速度均要保证线性调节,同时按照最佳规范匹配,此种焊接工艺方法是容易实现的。
