针对房地产企业的内外部复杂环境,分析房地产企业的复杂适应性特征,探讨房地产企业系统的主体在交互与学习的过程中增强企业适应性的演化机制,建立房地产企业演化发展模型,得出房地产企业发展应遵循“感知环境—选择—复制—变异—涌现”的演化路径,为房地产企业在复杂环境下健康发展提出新的思路。
In view of the complicated internal and external environment of real estate enterprises, this paper analyzes the complex adaptability characteristics of real estate enterprises, explores the evolvement mechanism of the main body of real estate enterprises system in the process of interaction and learning, and establishes the evolvement model of real estate enterprises. The development should follow the evolutionary path of “perceiving the environment - choice - duplication - mutation - emergence” and put forward new ideas for the healthy development of real estate enterprises in complex environment.
