随着农电管理逐步规范,一直在农电管理中推行的“以包代管”的管理模式已不适应企业发展的需要,宿州供电公司按照上级要求实施了农村供电所作业组织专业化改革。但实施过程发现了不少问题,如报修服务慢、工作协调作业混乱、电费回收难等。一项变革不可能完美无缺,针对存在的问题,宿州供电公司高度重视,经过深入分析研究,采取了积极的应对措施,有效地推进了农村供电所组织专业化管理落实。
