目的了解舟山海岛居民甲状腺结节、甲状腺肿大及其他甲状腺疾病患病率。方法随机抽取舟山市2县区中6个居委会(村)3206名当地常住居民,采用探头频率7.0~10.0MHz的开立SSI-1000彩色超声诊断仪对调查对象开展甲状腺超声检查。结果本次调查发现甲状腺结节、甲状腺肿大及其他甲状腺疾病共1087人,总的异常率33.90%(1087/3206);甲状腺结节率、单发性甲状腺结节率分别为28.88%(926/3206)和19.00%(609/3206),与全省平均水平相比较差异有统计学显著性(χ2﹦47.20,P﹦0.000;χ2﹦95.10,P﹦0.000),多发性甲状腺结节率为9.89%(317/3206),与全省平均水平相比较差异无统计学显著性(χ2﹦0.056,P﹦0.812);城市居民甲状腺结节患病率明显高于农村(32.20%vs25.47%,X2﹦9.76,P﹦0.002);女性居民甲状腺结节患病率明显高于男性(31.24%vs24.31%,χ2﹦9.44,P﹦0.002);甲状腺肿大率、钙化病灶率、实质回声不均匀率、甲状腺腺瘤率分别为0.87%(28/3206)、2.15%(69/3206)、1.97%(63/3206)和0.03%(1/3206)。结论舟山市城乡居民整体甲状腺结节率、单发性甲状腺结节率明显高于全省平均水平,以女性、城市居民、41岁(中年)组、66岁以上(老年)组相对高发,且患病率随着年龄的增加而升高;甲状腺肿大、钙化、实质回声不均匀及甲状腺腺瘤等其他甲状腺疾病处于低发水平。
Objective To understand the prevalence of thyroid nodules, goiter and other thyroid diseases in Zhoushan island residents. Methods A total of 3206 local residents from 6 neighborhood committees (villages) in 2 counties and districts of Zhoushan City were randomly selected. Thyroid ultrasonography was performed on an open SSI - 1000 color ultrasound diagnostic apparatus with a probe frequency of 7.0 ~ 10.0 MHz. Results A total of 1087 thyroid nodules, goiter and other thyroid diseases were found in this survey. The total abnormality rate was 33.90% (1087/3206). The thyroid nodules and single thyroid nodules were 28.88% (926 / 3206) and 19.00% (609/3206), respectively. There was a significant difference compared with the provincial average (χ2 = 47.20, P = 0.000; χ2 = 95.10, P = 0.000). The incidence of multiple thyroid nodules (Χ2 = 0.056, P = 0.812). The prevalence of thyroid nodules in urban residents was significantly higher than that in rural areas (32.20% vs 25.47% , X2 = 9.76, P = 0.002). The prevalence of thyroid nodules in female residents was significantly higher than that in males (31.24% vs24.31%, χ2 = 9.44, P = 0.002); the rates of goiter, Inhomogeneity, thyroid adenoma rates were 0.87% (28/3206), 2.15% (69/3206), 1.97% (63/3206) and 0.03% (1/3206), respectively. Conclusion The overall thyroid nodule rate and single thyroid nodule rate in urban and rural residents in Zhoushan City are significantly higher than the average level in the province. Relatively high incidence of female, urban residents, 41 (middle age) group, 66 (old) The prevalence increased with age. Thyroid enlargement, calcification, non-uniform echogenicity and other thyroid diseases such as thyroid adenoma were at a low level.
