我厂装载机产品中需镀铬的零件品种很多,诸如各种阀体中的阀杆和阀芯、油缸中的活塞杆以及各种销、轴等,按以往的工艺流程是磨削→镀铬→磨削→入库。在加工中我们发现,由于经过镀铬前、后两次磨削的装夹误差,往往使镀层不均,甚至出现局部无铬或脱铬现象,严重影响了产品质量。经过摸索分析,我们改变了传统的工艺方法,采用磨削→镀铬→抛光→入库的新工艺,也就是通常所称的尺寸镀铬方法,或称精密镀铬方法,即用镀铬工
