老年大学是老同志接受思想政治教育的主阵地。目前,宁波市老年大学政治建校成果显著,主要得益于——发挥党员作用,形成政治建校的核心。老年大学是一个特殊群体,加强思想政治教育是学校管理的首要任务。因此,各校始终把握政治建校的大方向,坚持“以人为本”、“民主办学”的理念,充分发挥党员骨干的先进作用和桥梁纽带作用。近几年来,全市先后有多个老年大学成立了党支部或临时党支部,根据学员党员的特点,结合学校的中心工作,开展正常的组织生活和系列教育活动,形成了开展思想教育工作的政治核心。 Elder universities are the main positions where old comrades receive ideological and political education.
