干部实绩考核评价标准的构成与制定,是整个考核过程的重要基础和关键环节。调查表明,要建立更科学、更合理、更客观的考核评价标准,必须在六个方面狠下功夫。 1.考核评价标准要与干部的岗位职责紧密衔接。要根据不同岗位的特点,建立相互联系、各有侧重的考核评价标准:正职重点考核整体工作完成情况和决策质量;副职重点考核履行岗位职责和配合中心工作的情况。对分管经济工作的成员侧重考核经济指标的完成数量和质量;对分管非经济工作的成员侧重考核服务水平和效果。
