I. Overview At present, in the steam curing of cement products in China, artificial methods are commonly used to control the steaming and curing temperature. This results in high labor intensity, high energy consumption, poor product quality, and high cost. In order to solve the above problems, we developed ZWK-A type and ZWK-B type digital steaming temperature automatic program controllers from 1979 to 1982. After trial production, it saves 25 to 46% of the steam consumption compared to manual control. The energy-saving effect is significant. At the same time, it can increase the product qualification rate and reduce production.
