前些时,某报载文,提出要“赶”文艺工作者下基层去。看到此文时,我曾经联想到我们新闻界也应“赶”记者下基层。果然,最近召开的华东九报第十一次协作会议把这个问题提出来了。这次会议在强调抓紧抓好新闻队伍自身建设时指出,目前,要下决心把记者“赶”下去,让他们沉到第一线。为什么不用“动员”、“希望”、“引导”,却非要用这个带有强制色彩的“赶”字呢?其中道理是无需多说的。确实到了该“赶一赶”撵一撵”的时候了。老老少少、男男女女数十万记者,现在正蹲在老百姓炕上同婶子大爷唠家常的有多少?正在大漠荒野的帐篷里同石油勘
