随着光学科研生产的发展,从理论和实践上业已证明光学传递函数测量是较全面、客观地评价光学系统质量的有效手段。因此,光学传递函数测量正在逐步得到推广应用,出现了多种测量手段和设备。七十年代以来,国外比较有代表性的光学传递函数测量设备是英国的EROS系列产品,其中,EROSⅣ型设备已成为英国SIRA协会(科学仪器研究协会)的标准设备。结合我所的实际情况,在参照EROS系列测量方法的基础上,我们进一步开展了光学传递函数测量设备的研制工作。本文对这种测量方法的原理和数学模型进行了较为详细的
With the development of optical research and production, it has been proved theoretically and practically that the optical transfer function measurement is an effective way to evaluate the optical system in a comprehensive and objective manner. Therefore, the measurement of optical transfer function is gradually being popularized and applied, and various measuring instruments and devices have appeared. Since the 1970s, the overseas representative of the optical transfer function measurement equipment is the UK EROS series, which, EROS Ⅳ type equipment has become the British SIRA Association (Scientific Instrument Research Association) standard equipment. Based on the actual situation of our company, based on the EROS series measurement methods, we further developed the optical transfer function measurement equipment.
