本文合成并表征了手性席夫碱配体(Salen H2)及其水溶性的锰配合物[Salen Mn(II)]。用紫外-可见光谱滴定技术测定了主体Salen Mn(II)与客体氨基酸(苯丙氨酸和苏氨酸)对映异构体分子间进行识别作用的缔合常数。结果表明:Salen Mn(II)与系列客体氨基酸作用的配位比均为1:2,主客体反应均为放热、熵减小的过程。主体Salen Mn(II)对每一对氨基酸对映异构体的识别能力均表现为对D-型的识别能力比对L-型大,对具有相同对映体构型的苯丙氨酸的识别能力大于苏氨酸。
In this paper, Salen H2 ligand and its water-soluble manganese complex [Salen Mn (II)] were synthesized and characterized. The association constant between the bulk Salen Mn (II) and the guest amino acid (phenylalanine and threonine) enantiomer recognition molecules was determined by UV-Vis titration. The results showed that the coordination number of Salen Mn (II) and the series of guest amino acids were all 1: 2, and the host - guest reactions were both exothermic and entropic. The ability of the host, Salen Mn (II), to recognize each pair of amino acid enantiomers was characterized by its ability to recognize D-forms greater than that of L-forms and to phenylalanine of the same enantiomeric configuration Recognition capacity is greater than threonine.
