解放前,在资本家的压迫和剥削下,我矿许多工人被硅肺病夺去了生命。解放后,在党和毛主席的关怀下,我们矿也和其他兄弟单位一样,积极开展了防止硅尘危害的工作。我们以毛主席的哲学思想作指导,经过反复实践,初步摸索到了一些经验,收到了较好的效果。自一九五八年以来,接触粉尘作业的一千多名职工,至今没有发现一人得硅肺病,有力地促进了矿山建设和国家生产计划的完成。 Before the liberation, under the pressure and exploitation of capitalists, many workers in our mine had been killed by silicosis. After the liberation, with the care of the party and Chairman Mao, our mines, like other fraternal units, have taken an active part in preventing the damage caused by silica dust. With the guidance of Chairman Mao’s philosophical thinking, after repeated practice, we have initially found some experience and received good results. Since 1958, more than 1 000 workers engaged in dust operations have so far found no one suffering from silicosis, which has effectively promoted the completion of mine construction and national production plans.
