中国水利经济研究会和中国水利学会农田水利专业委员会于1982年11月25日至30日在山西太原市召开了机电排灌技术经济学术讨论会。参加会议的有各省、市、自治区水利部门和学会的代表,科研单位和大专院校的专家、学者共一百三十八人,提供的论文有九十多篇。主要对我国机电排灌的三种主要类型——北方机井、南方排灌和西北高杨程提灌中的技术经济问题进行了探讨。大家认为,建国以来我国机电排灌事业发展很快,设备容量和灌排效益都成百倍的增长。目前机电提灌面积占全国灌溉面积的54％,机电
China Water Conservancy Society and China Water Conservancy Institute of Irrigation and Water Conservancy Commission on November 25, 1982 to 30 in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province held a mechanical and electrical irrigation technology seminar. There were 138 experts and scholars from various provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, water conservancy departments and institutes, scientific research institutes and tertiary institutions attended the conference, and provided over 90 papers.
