一、前言1960年 Maiman 发明了激光器。激光有普通光源不具备的干涉性、高亮度、单色性等优点。如今,激光的优点得到了发挥,激光已广泛用于信息处理装置、图像输入装置,并且还开拓了新的技术领域。超级市场采用的售货处(POS)条码扫描器是一种实用化的输入装置。激光印刷机是实用化的典型输出装置。前者可用光学方法来读取印刷在商品上的号码。由于采用了激光技术,这种装置使用方便,可靠性好。后者可以很快的速度扫描分辨率高的文字、图片等各种形式的图象,在照相行业中占有重要的位置。这些输入装置要求有快速、高分辨率的偏转激光扫描器。
I. Introduction Maiman invented the laser in 1960. Laser light does not have the usual interference, high brightness, monochrome and so on. Nowadays, the advantages of lasers have been exploited, lasers have been widely used in information processing devices, image input devices, and also opened up new fields of technology. POS terminals used in supermarkets are a practical input device. Laser printer is a practical output device. The former can be optically used to read the number printed on the product. Due to the use of laser technology, this device easy to use, good reliability. The latter can quickly scan high-resolution text, pictures and other forms of image, occupy an important position in the photographic industry. These input devices require fast, high-resolution deflection laser scanners.
