对于充分絮凝的悬浮液,只有当物料自重大于其压应力时沉积层才会压实。本文提出了一个沉积层增浓的简化模型并应用该模型模拟浓缩机的操作过程。利用实测所得的沉积层自重与增浓程度之间的关系可以确保浓缩后的底流浓度。澄清液的浊度对预测溢流的澄清度是必不可少的。浓缩机的高度对确定固体物料的处理能力和脱水效能具有一定的作用。本文还介绍了上述模型在浓缩机设计和操作中的应用情况。
For fully flocculated suspensions, the deposit will not densify unless the material is over its own compressive stress. This paper presents a simplified model of sediment enrichment and uses this model to simulate the operation of a thickener. Using the measured sediment layer weight and the relationship between the degree of enrichment to ensure that the concentrated underflow concentration. Turbidity of the clear liquid is essential for predicting the clarity of the overflow. The height of the thickener has a role in determining the handling capacity and dewatering performance of solid materials. This article also introduces the application of the above model in thickener design and operation.
