托尔斯泰说:“幸福的家庭都是相似的,而不幸的家庭各有各的不幸。”实际上,成功的经销商也是如此,他们具备一些共同的特质。因为工作关系,有幸接触到很多建材行业的成功经销商。他们有的发展成事业部模式,有的建立了自己的建材连锁品牌,有的成立了股份制公司……每个经营者的风格和个性不尽相同,可以说千人有千样。为什么这些不同性格、不同背景、不同做事风格的经销商都能取得巨大成功?他们之间有什么共同之处?经过长时间的研究,我总结,成功的经销商分三种类型。

Some of them have developed into the business unit model, some established their own chain of building materials brands, and some set up joint-stock company ... ... Each operator’s style and personality vary, it can be said that thousands of people have the same. Why are these different personality, different backgrounds, different style of doing things can be a great success of the dealer? What do they have in common? After a long period of research, I concluded that there are three types of successful dealers.
