本文介绍余热发电用汽轮机组的发展,论述有关的经济、技术指标,列举几种具有代表性汽轮机组的发展过程及其特点。开发余热发电节能电站是当前提高船舶营运经济性的一个重要途径,也是当前国际造船厂商和航运公司热衷发展的一种新技术,在我国尚属初创阶段。本文同时介绍了我国自行设计的海船HC型400瓩余热发电甩汽轮机组,该机组作为万匹马力柴油机船舶的主要节能设备,以填补我国船舶工业在这方面的空缺,使我国船舶工业进入国际先进水平行列。
This paper introduces the development of steam turbine units for waste heat power generation, discusses the relevant economic and technical indicators, and lists the development process and characteristics of several representative steam turbine units. The development of waste heat power generation power station is an important way to enhance the operating economics of the ship, and is also a new technology that the international shipbuilders and shipping companies are keen to develop. It is still in its infancy in our country. At the same time, this paper introduces the design of self-designed ship HC 400 瓩 residual heat power generation rejection steam turbine unit, as the main horsepower 10000 hp diesel engine ship energy-saving equipment to fill China’s shipbuilding industry in this area vacancy, so that China’s shipbuilding industry into the international Advanced level ranks.
