为了增强 W- Ni- Fe高比重合金表面层的硬度和耐磨性能 ,采用等离子喷涂和真空熔结的方法 ,在 W- Ni- Fe高比重合金表面获得一定厚度的涂层 ,并通过扫描电镜观察 ,探讨了涂层的显微组织及涂层与基体的结合机理 ,并着重分析了真空熔结涂层中裂纹形成的原因
In order to enhance the hardness and wear resistance of W-Ni-Fe alloy with high specific gravity, a coating with a certain thickness was obtained on the surface of W-Ni-Fe alloy with high specific gravity by plasma spraying and vacuum sintering. The microstructure of the coating and the bonding mechanism between the coating and the substrate were observed and discussed. The reasons for the crack formation in the vacuum fusion coating were analyzed emphatically
