1目的 探讨自动压力泄洪管在预防排空术治疗高血压性脑出血并发术中出血的临床意义。 2方法将血肿腔和排空管管腔的两处压力进行隔离 ,压力仅作用于排空管管腔中以保持吸引力 ,而血肿腔腔内压力低于正常颅内压或 0压力时便被自动泄洪。 3结果 排空术造成的颅压大幅度负相变动的缺点被矫正 ,使压力环境相当于没有负压的常规开颅术 ,排空术的重要并发症——术中出血 ,也降低到等同于常规开颅术 ;应用本法治疗 10例高血压性脑内血肿 ,无术中出血发生和手术死亡。 4结论 自动压力泄洪式排空术的改进 ,在防止术中出血的并发症方面具有明显的临床意义。
