在教学实践中,我们关注学生知识形成过程评价,以评价改革为杠杆,转变学生学习方式,充分发挥评价的导向激励功能,促进学生全面健康的发展。建立“个人成功档案袋”是我在教学活动中评价学生的主要手段。它针对学生好胜心强、人人渴望成功的心理特点,既关注学生对知识的理解、掌握,又关注学生情感态度与价值观的形成与发展;既关注学生数学学习的结果,又关注学生在学习过程中的变化和发展。重视个性差异,保护自尊心,激励自信心。“个人成功档案袋”就是有目的地从多层次、多角度收集学生在学习过程中
