Objective: To study and observe the effect of different exchange time of disposable ECG on critically ill children. Methods: A total of 300 critically ill children were collected and randomly divided into observation group and control group 1, control group 2, each 100 cases, control group 1 children 24 hours replacement disposable electrocardiogram electrodes, control group 2 children 72 hours replacement Disposable ECG electrodes, observation group 48 hours to replace the disposable ECG electrodes, ECG monitor, to observe and compare the three groups of children with skin allergic reactions and monitoring results. Results: The rates of skin allergic reactions in control group 1, control group 2 and observation group were 4%, 18% and 6%, the unsharp waveform was 2%, 5% and 2% respectively, and the rate of electrode sticking was 2 %, 6% and 3%. CONCLUSION: It is most reasonable to replace the disposable ECG electrodes every 48 hours during ECG monitoring in critically ill children, which can reduce the incidence of skin allergies in children and ensure the effect of ECG monitoring, with the maximum reduction The cost of treatment.
