国家政策及其指导下的政府和社会行为、活动对生态环境的变迁有很大的影响。在封建社会里,统治者凌驾于一切之上,为满足自己骄奢淫逸的生活,往往对生态资源进行巧取豪夺,丝毫不考虑生态环境的承受能力及其行为所产生的不良后果。然而,统治阶级的某些自觉不自觉行为却在实践中产生了一定的积极作用,秦汉时期设置的一些职官便体现了这一点。本文从秦汉职官的实际生态效应出发,对这一历史时期的生态职官进行简略的考
The government and social behaviors under the guidance of the state policies and activities have a great impact on the changes of the ecological environment. In feudal society, the ruler overrides everything else. In order to satisfy his arrogant and lurking life, he often resorts to taking advantage of ecological resources without regard to the carrying capacity of the ecological environment and the adverse consequences of his actions. However, some conscious and unconscious behaviors of the ruling class have had a certain positive effect in practice. This is reflected by some officials set up during the Qin and Han dynasties. Based on the actual ecological effects of Qin and Han officials, this paper briefly examines the ecological officers in this historical period
