由于岩中洞库和隧道的特殊优越性而决定了选择岩中设施来输送和处理水和废水,可是为了成功地利用这些设施,按岩中条件对系统作一定的改进是需要的。在瑞典,从这类设施的多年连续运行经验中,对它们的设计、建造、运行、维修以及安全、健康的内外环境要求方面可以提供很有价值的资料。作者认为:随着当前与未来广泛的城市化,由于给水和环境保护两方面的种种要求,将出现由洞库与隧道提供适当解决办法的形势。希望瑞典的经验连同大量的成功的设施会鼓舞工程师和决策者们来选择岩中设施方案。
Due to the special superiority of caves and tunnels in the rock, facilities in the rock for selection are selected to transport and treat water and wastewater, but to make successful use of these facilities it is desirable to make some improvements to the system in rock conditions. In Sweden, many years of continuous operational experience with such facilities can provide valuable information on their design, construction, operation, maintenance and safety and health requirements both inside and outside the environment. The authors argue that with both current and future extensive urbanization, there will be a situation where appropriate solutions are provided by caves and tunnels due to various requirements of water supply and environmental protection. Hopefully, Sweden’s experience, along with a host of successful facilities, will inspire engineers and policy makers to choose rock facilities.
