本文借助于Winterbone教授的研究成果,在稳态实验的基础上,建立了x-150涡轮增压柴油机的准稳定法模型,并对该机的过渡过程进行了仿真计算;分析了影响涡轮增压柴油机过渡过程性能的各种因素,特别是详细地列举了离心飞球式机械调速器的各种参数对中等增压程度柴油机动态调节过程的影响;总结了改进涡轮增压柴油机过渡过程性能的方法.表明准稳定法模型为研究涡轮增压柴油机的动态调节过程暨瞬态性能提供了有效的手段.
Based on the research results of Prof. Winterbone and based on the steady-state experiments, this paper establishes a quasi-steady model of the x-150 turbocharged diesel engine and simulates the transient process of the turbocharged diesel engine. In particular, the various factors of diesel engine transient performance are listed in detail. The influence of various parameters of centrifugal flywheel mechanical governor on dynamic regulation process of diesel engine with moderate supercharging degree is summarized in detail. The performance of the process of improving turbo diesel engine transition process is summarized Method.It shows that the quasi-steady model provides an effective method for studying the dynamic regulation and transient performance of turbocharged diesel engine.
