2013年12月16日,农业部和教育部在京共同启动新型职业农民教育培养重大问题研究,将通过对新型职业农民界定、教育培养背景与意义,内容、路径与方法,条件保障和国家政策制度,质量监督与评估以及职业农民形成机制的国际比较等研究,为新型职业农民培育提供可资借鉴的理论依据、原则方法和可供选择的路径、机制与方式,形成教学与教育大纲,同时提出有利于新型职业农民教育培养的社会政策环境和建议。
