作为国民经济半壁江山的民营企业,由异军突起发展到今天的遍地开花,有着强大的生命力,在全面建设小康社会的实践中,又起到了主力军的作用。那么,如何挖掘、发挥和利用企业文化这个无形资产,就成了民企发展中的一个关键问题。笔者从山西省河津市民营企业调查研究中深深感到:民营企业由小到大,由弱到强,产业布局趋于合理,产业链条趋于优化,经济效益十分可观。何以做强、做大、做活民营企业,固然方略不少,但探其个中原因,企业文化的地位和作用至关重要。 企业文化在民企发展中 起着主导作用 企业文化的精髓是企业精神。企业精神是企业发展的支柱和核心,也是企业文化的集中反映。
