目的通过对成人恒牙与年轻恒牙自酸蚀粘结剂Adper Easy One不同处理时间下粘接强度的比较,为临床上更恰当掌握粘结剂处理时间提供一定的理论指导。方法选择成人恒牙与年轻恒牙各30颗,去除牙合面釉质层,平行于牙体长轴将牙齿切为三半,各随机分为3组,用自酸蚀粘结剂处理15、30、60秒,树脂恢复牙冠。用低速锯将牙齿片切成横截面积约为1mm~2的长方体状样本,用微拉伸测试仪检测其粘结强度。结果成人恒牙组:30S组粘结强度较最大,30s组的微拉伸强度高于15s组及60s组(P<0.05)。年轻恒牙组:15S组粘结强度较最大,15s组的微拉伸强度高于30s组及60s组(P<0.05)。结论应适当缩短年轻恒牙的粘结剂处理时间,15S的处理时间较为合适。
Objective To compare the adhesive strength between adult permanent teeth and young permanent tooth self-adhesive Adper Easy One in different treatment time, and to provide some theoretical guidance for more proper understanding of the treatment time of the adhesive in clinical practice. Methods 30 adult permanent teeth and 30 young permanent teeth were selected and the enamel layer of the occlusal surface was removed. The teeth were cut into three halves parallel to the long axis of the tooth. Each tooth was randomly divided into 3 groups, treated with self-etching adhesive 15, 30, 60 seconds, resin recovery crown. Using a low-speed saw the tooth pieces were cut into rectangular parallelepipeds with a cross-sectional area of about 1 mm-2, and the bond strength was measured with a microtensile tester. Results In adult permanent tooth group, the bonding strength of 30S group was the largest, while that of 30s group was higher than that of 15s group and 60s group (P <0.05). In the young permanent tooth group, the bond strength of 15S group was the largest, while that of 15s group was higher than that of 30s group and 60s group (P <0.05). Conclusion The adhesive treatment time of young permanent teeth should be shortened appropriately, and the treatment time of 15S is appropriate.
