本文通过对炭素钢板20g材质的对接接头双面焊冷弯试验的分析,研究了焊接接头冷弯试件受拉表面的应力分布情况,同时还讨论了塑性冷弯过程中,弯曲伸长率与弯曲角度及弯轴直径之间的关系;载荷与弯曲角度之间的关系及弯曲角度与其缺陷之间的关系。试验结果表明,冷弯试验作为焊接结构件生产前的工艺鉴定试验是合适的,而且,对于炭素钢双面焊焊接接头冷弯试验,其弯曲角度120°为宜。
In this paper, through the analysis of the cold-formed test of 20g carbon steel butt joint, the stress distribution on the tensile surface of the cold-formed specimen was studied.
