In the fabrication of FDM rapid prototyping, there is a problem with the selection of control parameters and materials, which plays a very important role in machining. The article mainly discusses how to select the appropriate materials and control parameters according to the requirements of the parts. The control parameters include the shape of parts, deposition shape, deposition speed, liquefier temperature and material properties.
